-----------Venue: WHITE DOG CAFE, VIVO.
Try the Calamari!!! Frankly speaking, its the only saving grace for the cafe in terms of food. Gosh, the calamari was coated with a layer of spices? (at least thats wad i perceived it to b~) and the mayo was jus right. Not too thick nor watery..
Had the Forest Pizza as well. Its crust was paper-thin. A good way to savour the toppings which consist of mushrooms, tomatoes and some veggies. But, when you get to the end of the pizza, i feel as if im eating bad 'kero-pok'. Its so hard that i feel as if my teeth is gonna shatter.
Theres the Beef Sandwich which wee ordered. It sits very pretty on the plate, with all its cute toothpick glory. Blame it on our poor eyesight, we didnt realise that the beef was actually coated with WASABI!!!!?! Dont even bother lifting the beef up to take a peek (which was exactly wad we did) We felt like biologists examining the leaf-litter population under a log. Yes, its THAT gross. The sandwich was unwillingly dumped inside his stomach.
BUT. BUT. BUT. wait a minute.
We had scenic window seats. facing Sentosa. The view was quietly beautiful with the orange lights from the ships skimping through the waters. When it started raining, it was as if someone switched on a water curtain for the windows. Although it must be damn chilly at the outside, one couldnt help but to feel mushy warm looking out. :)
[FYI: i brought a new wedges!!!! It made me look 1.8m!!! hahahah]

------venue: SENTOSA, SUNNY ISLAND
Went there expecting a wild day of Beach Action, complete with kayaking, skating and biking. But in the end, the most strenous exercise was actually a 2hour trek round the island. And, it was not even a planned activity 'cos we got lost. :P man, and we were like starving as we hiked our way through the Lost Civilisation. (How appropriate~)
The morning was spent lazing around like beached whales at Siloso. Flipping through Style Mag, gushing about Denise Keller and Utt. He wore this cute white shirt which we shopped at Espirit the day before. [All Thanks to that adorable Espirit sales assistant with a sweetened tongue, that silly boy blew a bomb at the store..*slap forehead*] Waded at the waters, threw seaweed like grenades at each other.. i have no idea why on earth a man-made beach has THAT much seaweed. i felt like a duck wading through a pond. N i have a good throwing arm. :P
Ate pizza at Sarpino's, near the Butterfly garden. Gosh, its so GOOOOOOD that i can actually swoon at the tot of it!!!! Its a Ranch-style Chicken, comfortable size for 2. And, it was served piping hot. Add Sunburnt and Tobasco Sauce to that combo, u will see a pair of sexy lips getting outta the eatery. (and i suffered sore throat at the end of the day)
Came evening. Southernmost point of the Continent.
The conclusion i derived 3 days down the row was, that bloody place is TOO romantic. And the planks are too HARD! Dont think dirty, i didnt do anything wrong. :P Its a pretty good location to watch sunset if u go to the top level. Stopping at the 2nd level, will let you have a fabulous view of trees.

----venue: THE CATHAY, FORT CANNING
Watched 13 Tzameti at The Cathay. And he lost the movie tickets, by moving from the Box Office to the Snack Bar!!!! *slap forehead* haha..its a french B&W movie, with a cute preppy lead who resembles Seth from the OC. Wasnt really thrilled by the movie, a bit too slow-paced for my liking. The only scene worthed the movie ticket was the part when they stood in a circle and spun the cylinders of the handguns. 1 outta 6 chances of living. cool.
Wandered to Fort Canning. Got lost yet again, couldnt find the fort at fort canning. Read the names on the wall along the steps, telling stories of people from the previous century. or even the one before that. Youths. Babies. dying at the age of 10days to 19 years. U just cant help but to wonder how their lives were like back then.
Listened to John Legend from his mp3 by these 2 little dome-like structures by the field. N jus stared at the light sifting through the leaves.

venue: China Court. Shenton Way. Esplanade
Met him over lunch to talk it out. Couldnt bear the ambiguity. For the first time, i wasnt looking forward to meeting him. My insides must have resembled a cake mixture. Went to Banh Mi at my workplace. Hiak, met the cute Coffee Boy again. Even he agreed that Coffee Boy is an eye candy! Ordered Latte and Cafe Rice Roll. The ambience of the place was good. We were like the only customers during then. They actually spread huge papers on the table and brought a cup of crayons. Good, at least i have something to doodle on. Force my mind focused for a while.
Wouldnt able to reach a conclusion during my lunch break.
After work, walked to Int'l Plaza to submit timesheets. Got hopelessly again. Trekked 1hr odd between 2 mrt stops. haha. went to this pizza place at basement of Raffles City. Felt damn queasy when i saw the food. Nothing against the food, it was okay. Italian Deluxe. loved the olives.
Caught this sax and guitar performance at the Esplanade Concourse. Beautiful tunes like Sway, Fly me to the moon and that ad jingle "L is for the way you Look at me...". My hands were like ice-cold from the air con and the tingles at the back of my neck when i felt frustratingly unsettled about stuff.
Strolled to area near Merlion Park. Sadly, it was still closed for renonvation or something. Finally trashed it out.
Sigh..........a sigh of relief and contentment.
i love getting things in place. :)
